Requesting Early Access to Zoom

Early Access Update

Since all active NC State employees and students have access to Zoom Pro accounts (as of October 31, 2018), early access for Zoom is no longer available. The information below is no longer relevant; please consult the Zoom Google Group for more information and updates.

 

About NC State’s Zoom Enterprise License

When Zoom is fully implemented, anyone with an ncsu.edu email address will be able to obtain a Pro account free of charge. Prior to the full implementation, however, we anticipate being able to provide early access to Pro accounts on a limited basis.

Read These Important Points

  1. The number of people who receive early access may be limited. Submitting this request form does not guarantee your early access to Zoom, and we cannot provide a time estimate for how long it may take for early access to be granted.
  2. Zoom is not yet fully deployed at NC State. Not all features of Zoom may be available during early access, and technical support (help desk, training, etc.) is not guaranteed to be available.
  3. By gaining early access, you agree to provide us with survey feedback about your experience with Zoom at a later date, to help us improve the service in the future.
